Tips for a basic routine to stay fit

Before you start exercising, I recommend that you consider some aspects that will help you achieve better results and feel motivated.


1- Define your goals

Burn fat, lose weight, increase volume (muscle mass), create resistance or even prepare to start a career as a bodybuilder; no matter what your goal is, you must be clear about it from the beginning.

2- Organize your exercises

Do the exercises that involve more than one muscle first and leave the analytical or isolated movements for later, in which you will only work one muscle separately. Similarly, try to start with light weights and gradually increase them so that your muscles get used to the intensity of the exercises.

3. Take some time to warm up

Performing a good warm-up before training is essential to obtain the best results. Remember to perform joint mobility exercises according to the muscle you are going to work on.

4. Don't forget to rest between sets

The recommended rest time between repetitions of a given exercise is 1 to 3 minutes. Remember that it is important to rest between series to perform much better.

5. Eat a balanced diet

Make a food plan according to your goals. In this case, it is necessary that you consult a nutritionist to advise you on the food, the ideal portions and the consumption of a nutritional supplement for your training.
